Jasmine DanielsDirector of Alumni Support
Jasmine Daniels is a NYC transplant that prides herself on being an avid advocate of academic success and achievement for all students. With the completion of a BSW Jasmine’s professional career has encompassed her passion for aiding at risk students to and through college. In recognizing the many obstacles that tend to stand in the way of academic advancement and achievement for first generation college students, Jasmine has served in a handful of school based and school linked positions in both Philadelphia, PA and NYC providing academic, social, and emotional support to students in high school. Prior to joining the Friends of WHEELS family as the Director of Alumni Support, Jasmine worked at a high school in Central Harlem providing support to their alumni in colleges across the country. It was there that Jasmine discovered how much she enjoyed helping college students navigate both college and their careers. Jasmine graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Science in Social Work and earned her BSW from Temple University. |
